Scott Million (CCIM, CPA, Real Estate License, Six Sigma Black belt) is President of Rainier Realty Finance, LLC, an affiliate of Rainier Capital Management LP. His primary focus at Rainier is on long-term credit tenant transactions that can be financed using capital markets executions and structured to optimize the debt, equity, ownership vehicle, tax treatment and exit strategy. Prior to Rainier, Mr. Million was Vice President and Director of Structured Real Estate at FSL Advisors, Inc., a subsidiary of Royal & SunAlliance Insurance Company USA (RSA). Mr. Million has over 24 years experience in the real estate industry. He developed wide-ranging expertise in executing real estate transactions, including equity acquisitions, securitized financing, joint venture and partnership structuring, while working for notable companies including GE Capital, Lehndorff (the L&B Group), the Hall Financial Group and Arthur, Andersen & Company. He is a graduate of Southern Methodist University.
(The CCIM or Certified Commercial Investment Member is a prestigious designation in the Real Estate industry, which is only obtained after demonstration of high proficiency in the areas of Financial Analysis, Market Analysis, User Decision Analysis and Investment Analysis for Commercial Investment Real Estate.
