J. Kenneth Dunn
President
Rainier Capital Management, LP

Ken Dunn, co-founder of Rainier Capital Management, drew upon over two decades of experience in commercial real estate and finance to create a company with a sound strategy for success.  Mr. Dunn is involved in all facets of the company and has primary responsibility for acquisitions, business development and negotiations.  In 1994 Mr. Dunn co-founded Meridian Realty Advisors.  As a principal there, he directed the acquisition and management of more than $1 billion in transactions.  He also served as executive vice president of Hampton Real Estate Group from 1988 to 1994.  Mr. Dunn began his career as a commercial loan officer with First National Bank of Commerce and BancTexas, specializing in commercial real estate.  He earned his undergraduate degree from Louisiana State University and an MBA in Finance from University of Arkansas.

Tim Nichols, co-founder of Rainier Capital Management, brings over 20 years of real estate investment experience to the management team.  Mr. Nichols is involved in all facets of the company with primary responsibility for corporate and investment strategy and syndication activities.  Prior to joining Rainier, Mr. Nichols owned and operated Realty Services of America, Inc., a real estate investment consulting firm providing acquisition and capitalization services to real estate syndicators as well as real estate product selection, underwriting and placement services to NASD member broker/dealers.  For 16 years Mr. Nichols was employed by two NASD member broker/dealers where he was responsible for the selection and placement of more than $500 million of real estate investments.  He earned his Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Georgia and his Master’s Degree in Real Estate with Emphasis on Valuation from Georgia State University.

Tom Mock serves as general counsel for Rainier providing real estate acquisitions support and comprehensive legal oversight.  He has practiced law in Dallas for 25 years, primarily providing legal services to individuals and closely held businesses.  Mr. Mock’s areas of specialty practice include taxation, business transactions, corporate, partnership and real estate law.  Prior to starting his law career, Mr. Mock spent six years as a CPA with Touche Ross & Co. specializing in taxation.  He received his bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Duke University and his law degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Linda LeDuc

Asset Management

Linda oversees the property and asset management departments as well as working with the finance and acquisition departments.  Linda has 20+ years experience in commercial real estate including management, asset management, acquisition and disposition, financing, and investor relations.  Prior to joining Rainier, Linda was Vice President of Investors General, Inc., where she was responsible for overseeing third party management companies, in charge of a $275m portfolio mortgage refinance and ultimately the tax deferred exchange/sale (Upreit) of the entire portfolio, as well as communication with over 3,000 investors.  Her varied background provides the understanding and ability to analyze the projects and issues from several different viewpoints.  Ms. LeDuc is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Texas.

Danny Lovell serves as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Rainier Capital Management.  He plays a strategic role in developing the company’s excellent financial intermediary relationships.  Danny is a member of Rainier’s Executive Leadership Team which oversees all facets of the company as well as its Investment Committee.  Under his leadership, Rainier continues to grow its relationships with key broker-dealers and registered investment advisors across the country.  Danny graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Oklahoma Christian University where he was a 2-Time Collegiate All-American in Golf. He joined Rainier in June of 2006.

Danny Lovell serves as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Rainier Capital Management.  He plays a strategic role in developing the company’s excellent financial intermediary relationships.  Danny is a member of Rainier’s Executive Leadership Team which oversees all facets of the company as well as its Investment Committee.  Under his leadership, Rainier continues to grow its relationships with key broker-dealers and registered investment advisors across the country.  Danny graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Oklahoma Christian University where he was a 2-Time Collegiate All-American in Golf. He joined Rainier in June of 2006.

Kristin Schlinkert serves as Vice President of Investor Relations for Rainier Capital Management.  Kristin joined Rainier from a regional financial planning firm where she served as vice president of client services and operations. She began her fiscal career as a financial advisor with Morgan Stanley in New York.  Prior work experience includes a stint in public relations and marketing for a division of American Airlines, and managing a district office for a U.S. Congressman. Kristin studied International Relations at Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service, and holds FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses.
